A pair of H1 geeps lead the Willmar east local through Cokato on Halloween.

A nice surprise as a matching pair of H1 GP38-2s pull the Willmar East local out of Waverly on an oddly snowy Halloween. Snowfall from the previous night remained throughout the day.
